As solicitors we render professional services in the draft and filing of Wills; processing of letters of administration (for persons who die intestate), we also offer professional services in respect of liaising and ensuring requisite filings (Annual Returns, Change of Directors, registration of charges etal) are forwarded to regulatory agencies especially the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja within the statutory periods.
